Grainy video and blue line problem in Kane & Lynch Dog days!

I expected so much from the game and i have to say that i am pretty much disappointed with this game in Xbox 360 version.  I have just played the Xbox 360 version of the game and the game seems to have dull graphics, grainy videos (often appears and disappears) along with couple of blue vertical lines, which is a kind of boring and makes me lose interest in the gameplay.

I thought i could disable these problems in the video options and there seems to be no option to fix this problem. All i see is gamma, brightness and the steady camera (under control options).
