Saints Row 2 is a great GTA like open world free roaming action action, with over 40 missions and plenty of customization options for characters, gangs, and much more. You can drive planes, helis, cars, bikes to do your missions and kill gang members or enemies. Besides this there are plenty to explore in this game.
